I have had quite some trouble with my crossfire 5. I emailed
service@invento-hq.com and Jerry for the original bridle plan. I got a bridle plan from Jerry straight away, i haven't heard anything from service yet.
So i measured my bridle and found that there is something seriously wrong with my bridle. Jerry advised me to send my results to the service account so i did. I enabled the reading confirmation option in my email but haven't heard anything yet.
Does anybody from HQ here know if the one responsible for reading the service account is on a holiday ?
