the strap that runs under the hook in the first picture is supposed to runs through the rectangle opening where you have attached only the open end of the strap on the second picture. You got me? This strap is for holding the spreader bar down.
Other idea: eat more pizza before flying, and pull tight
I need some tips how to make my harness more comfortable. The problem is that the metal part (hook) rise up and compress my stomach. If I tighten it up it's not very comfortable after some time... Is there any way to use strap or something to hold it down?..... like that on the 2-nd picture (I'm pulling up):
