Hi Alex,

Thats a pity, I find both my NEO's very stable in the air, its just landing them occasionally in stronger winds that can be a bit scarey. Not really a problem with the 6m, just the 11m.

Originally i thought I could have set the NEO 11m up the same as my Pulse2 was originally set up. This flagged out on the front lines, until I installed the fifth line setup.

I dont suppose grab handles wont work either....

The other idea that I had was to attach a brake line further up and just have a long leash type of setup...

Regards Bill :D

I think that this is not working. Of course you can use 4 lines instead of the Y-lines, but if you attache the leash to one of the front lines the kite wan't flag out because it's connected to the main bridle that will hold the foil in shape on one side.

Neo mk1

Postby oibill » Thu 24 Mar 2011 01:33

Hi Just wondering if the NEO mk 1 could be flown from 4 lines instead of the 3. Reason im asking is because the other day i had trouble bringing the kite down in a strong wind even with the top hat released. I was thinking of using a 4 line set up with a leash being attached to one of the front lines so the kite flags out on the front line...

Cheers... Bill
